    Access & Incluisions

    • Pricing & Standard Rate: €58 per simulator per hour. Rate applies equally to hotel and external guests. The price is per simulator (not per person), and multiple players may share one simulator.

    • Capacity: Up to 4 players are permitted per simulator, with additional spectators welcome where space allows.

    • Complimentary Access: Diamond and Limitless guests, as well as full villas guests, enjoy a complimentary game per stay.

     

  • Special Experiences

    Premium Access

    • Private Simulator Experience: Recommended rate of €250 per hour, designed for VIPs, families, corporate groups, and golf societies.

    • What it includes: Exclusive use of the simulator area, a dedicated hotel contact, golf equipment, customized competition formats, and optional F&B packages or golf professional instruction.

  • Slot Guidelines, Etiquette & Rules

     

    • Location: This activity will take place on the 3rd floor at the hotel library. (Subject to availability)
    • Arrival & Timing: Bookings start and finish at the reserved time. Late arrivals do not extend the end time.

    • Safety & Play Rules (The Golden Rules):

      • One player swings at a time; the active swinging area must be clear.

      • Maintain safe distances from walls, screens, and furniture especially around children.

      • Players waiting must stay outside the active swinging zone.

      • Handle golf clubs carefully and report any software issues immediately to the team.

    • Cancellation Policy (External Guests): Free cancellation until the day before; 100% charge for same-day cancellations and no-shows.
