Born into a family of restaurateurs, Chef Andreas Döllerer has dedicated his career to reinterpreting the flavors of the Austrian Alps. His restaurant Golling has been awarded two MICHELIN stars and is regarded as one of Austria’s most distinguished dining destinations.

Immerse yourself in an afternoon celebrating the artistry and traditions of Japanese cuisine. The experience opens with the symbolic Kagami Biraki sake barrel ceremony, a ritual of prosperity and good fortune, followed by the captivating spectacle of a traditional tuna carving presentation. Throughout the afternoon, enjoy an evolving selection of omakase pass-around creations and a live sushi station. Complemented by signature cocktails, curated wines, and a live DJ soundtrack.
